The GRAM BioMidi EF 425 L is suitable for research laboratories, clinics, biobanks and pharmaceutical facilities for the safe storage of temperature-sensitive samples and biological materials. With ATEX approval to EN 60079-15 Zone 2, the ultra-low temperature freezer is also suitable for potentially explosive atmospheres. The three inner Plexiglas doors with magnetic mounting allow controlled access.

The temperature range extends from -5 to -40°C at an ambient temperature of up to 30°C and an energy consumption of 8.93 kWh/24h. The natural refrigerant R290 is not subject to the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance. Min-max memory, product protection programme and acoustic door and temperature alarm with remote alarm connection reliably ensure sample integrity.
