The BioPLUS RF600D maintains a temperature range of -5 to -25°C with a tolerance of ±3 K at ambient temperatures between 10 and 40°C. The specialized control system stores min/max values upon temperature alarm and allows calibration of the temperature sensor for maximum measurement accuracy.

The unit is intended for research laboratories, biopharmaceutical facilities, university institutes, and clinical laboratories with strict storage requirements. The ATEX approval makes it particularly attractive for laboratories with potentially explosive areas, while the 600-liter capacity covers medium to large storage needs.

Compared to conventional laboratory freezers, the BioPLUS flagship model offers a complete stainless steel interior, ATEX certification, electronic defrosting with active heating, a potential-free contact for remote alarm, and a specialized control system with min/max memory. The natural refrigerant complies with the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance without GWP restrictions.

Optional stainless steel or aluminum drawers (up to 12 units), perforated stainless steel shelves, plastic-coated or stainless steel wire racks, plexiglass panels to prevent cold loss, additional inner doors, and a circular chart temperature recorder are available. The unit comes with a 3-year equipment warranty and a 5-year spare parts warranty on the compressor within Germany.
