The GRAM BioPLUS RF660D is a forced-air deep freezer with 660 liters of usable capacity, designed for the safe storage of temperature-sensitive samples in research laboratories, biobanks, and the pharmaceutical industry. With a temperature range of -5 to -25°C and ATEX approval, the unit is also suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The robust stainless steel construction, both inside and outside, along with the foot pedal for convenient door opening, make it particularly user-friendly.

The integrated alarm system continuously monitors temperature and door status, while the min-max memory logs critical temperature deviations. Power consumption is 4.23 kWh per 24 hours. The active electronic defrost heater significantly reduces maintenance times. With a natural refrigerant, the deep freezer complies with the requirements of the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance. The BioPlus series is the premium model, specially developed to meet even the most stringent storage requirements. The compressor is mounted above the cooling chamber, the interior is completely manufactured from stainless steel, exterior available in white or stainless steel as an option. All BioPlus units feature a highly specialized control system, electric defrosting and air condensation, and are equipped with a foot pedal for easier door opening. Units are available from 500 to 1400 liters with temperature ranges from 2-15°C to -25°C, -35°C and -45°C. The units are equipped with environmentally friendly, natural refrigerants and therefore do not fall under the provisions of the Chemical Climate Protection Regulation for CO² emission reduction (Greenhouse Effect; Global Warming Potential (GWP)).
