The BioCompact units are available as refrigerators and freezers for a wide range of applications, specifically designed for laboratory use. Key features include optimal forced air circulation cooling with air guide baffle, "smart frost" temperature management, and an efficient refrigeration system at a reasonable price. The variable accessories offer comprehensive solutions. The units are available with either white powder-coated steel or stainless steel exterior. Due to the extensive selection of equipment options, numerous solutions for individual storage requirements are available. These include wire shelves and baskets, glass shelves and drawers, storage racks for cryo boxes. Refrigerators are also available with glass doors. The units are equipped with environmentally friendly, natural refrigerants and therefore are not subject to the Chemical Climate Protection Ordinance requirements for CO2 emission reduction (greenhouse effect; Global Warming Potential (GWP)). Precise electronic control, digital temperature display, acoustic door alarm, door lock, self-closing door, cable feed-through, and potential-free alarm contact for remote monitoring are standard. Min/Max memory with temperature alarm (time and temperature are recorded), optional data logger available for temperature recording. Standard equipment: mounted on 125 mm high swivel castors with locking mechanism, optionally available without surcharge with feet (100-135 mm or 135-200 mm, adjustable).
