The flagship model of the BioPlus series features an interior made entirely of stainless steel and a compressor mounted above the refrigeration chamber. Electrical defrosting is performed quickly via an active, electronic defrost heater. A min/max memory documents the time and temperature in the event of a temperature alarm, while power consumption is only 2.50 kWh per 24h. The unit operates with an environmentally friendly, natural refrigerant and features a potential-free contact for remote alarm connection as well as door and temperature alarms.
