Steam Sterilizer with Rapid Cooling for Short Cycle Times
The Steam Sterilizer HG 80 with 80 liter chamber volume is suitable for microbiological laboratories, hospital pharmacies and pharmaceutical facilities that regularly need to sterilize larger batches. Thanks to integrated rapid cooling and operation without permanent installation, it is flexible to use - only a 230V connection and water filling are required.
The fully automatic microprocessor control offers 12 preset programs for liquids, AGAR, solids and instruments. The fan-based rapid cooling saves 30-40% time during cooling down, without support pressure or risk of boiling over. Operating temperature 105-135°C, max. chamber pressure 2.5 bar, 3.7 kW power, 73 kg net weight.

Technical data & description
The autoclave is ready for operation when the plug is inserted into a 230 V socket. It requires no fixed installation for media supply and disposal. Only the water reservoir for steam condensation must be filled with tap water and approximately 6 liters of deionized water must be added to the pressure chamber.
Rapid cooling is achieved by a fan integrated in the autoclave housing that directs room air over the pressure chamber. Cooling is performed moderately, so no back pressure is required. Boiling over of liquids cannot occur. Time savings during cooling are 30-40 %. Depending on liquid load, three to four batches per day are possible.
