The Celltron is a compact shaker specifically developed for use in CO2 incubators with a volume of approximately 100 L and above. The shaker is optimally adapted to the corrosive conditions within the CO2 cabinet and thus enables entry into shaken cell culture applications. With minimal power consumption of just 4 watts, the shaker generates virtually no heat and thus guarantees constant temperatures within the incubator! The separate control unit with touch controller is magnetically mounted on the exterior of the incubator and enables continuous monitoring of the operational status from outside. Optical and acoustic alarms are generated at the external controller and are therefore immediately detected. This ensures optimal operational safety. An additional benefit for cell culture is the certified antimicrobial coating of the Celltron, which reliably kills microorganisms on the surface.
