Benchtop Autoclave HMT 230 FA - Chamber Volume 16 Liters

The benchtop autoclave is suitable for sterilizing laboratory glassware, instruments, solids, and liquids. With 8 standard programs and special liquid programs, it covers daily laboratory requirements in microbiology, medicine, and research. The automatic drying function ensures sterilized goods are ready for immediate use.

The unit operates at working temperatures of 121°C or 135°C. These temperature ranges enable the safe destruction of microorganisms and spores in accordance with common sterilization protocols. The microprocessor-controlled regulation ensures precise temperature management throughout the entire cycle.

With a chamber volume of 16 liters and compact external dimensions of 594 x 522 x 410 mm, the benchtop autoclave is suitable for small to medium-sized laboratories, medical practices, research institutions, and quality control laboratories with limited space. The stacking system accessory maximizes loading capacity.

The HMT 230 FA offers fully automatic control with cycle monitoring of each process phase, special liquid programs with adapted cooling phases, active drying through chamber heating, and comprehensive safety systems such as dual low-water protection, pressure monitoring, and mechanical door lock. The preheating function shortens batch times.

Optionally available are stacking system sets (rack with trays and removal aid) for optimal space utilization, rectangular baskets (340 x 180 x 120 mm), spiral holders for small parts, and sterilization boxes. The 4.2-liter water tank must be regularly filled with distilled water. Power connection: 230V, 16A fuse protection required.
