Tabletop Autoclave HMT 260 FA - Chamber Volume 24 Liters

The tabletop autoclave HMT 260 FA is used for sterilizing laboratory instruments, culture media, textiles, and glassware in laboratories, medical practices, and research facilities. Thanks to special liquid programs, liquid media can also be safely sterilized without boiling over due to overly rapid pressure release.

The unit operates at either 121°C or 135°C and features a chamber with a diameter of 260 mm and a height of 450 mm, with a chamber volume of 24 liters. The compact overall dimensions are 655 x 533 x 442 mm, allowing the autoclave to fit on standard laboratory benches.

The tabletop autoclave is suitable for microbiological laboratories, medical facilities, university laboratories, and research institutes that regularly carry out sterilization tasks. With 8 preprogrammed cycles and automatic drying, it covers daily requirements in the lab and in practice.

The HMT 260 FA offers special liquid programs with controlled pressure release, an automatic drying function with chamber heating, and microprocessor-controlled full automation. It also features dual low-water protection, a mechanical door lock, and cycle monitoring for maximum safety and process quality.

Optional accessories include stacking systems with insert trays and a removal aid, sterilization boxes with lockable perforations, rectangular baskets, and spiral holders for small parts. The water tank holds 4.2 liters; the unit requires 230 volts and a 16 A fuse at 2.4 kW power consumption.
