The chilled thermomixer AccuTherm is suitable for laboratories in molecular biology research, PCR preparations, as well as in enzyme kinetics and pharmaceutical quality control. As a base unit without a block, it provides the foundation for flexible sample temperature control with optional interchangeable blocks for different vessel formats.
The thermomixer with cooling function covers a temperature control range from room temperature to -14°C as well as a temperature setting range of 0-105°C. The shaking speed ranges from 300 to 1,500 rpm with a shaking amplitude of 3 mm. The temperature constancy is +/-0.5°C, the heating rate is 6.5°C/min, and the cooling rate is 1.5°C/min.
