95-Liter Vertical Autoclave for Validatable Laboratory Processes
The Vertical Autoclave VX-95 is suitable for demanding sterilization processes in research, diagnostic, and biotechnology laboratories. With a nominal chamber volume of 95 liters and a fully automatic microprocessor control with 12 freely configurable programs, the device covers the sterilization of instruments, liquids, and waste for disposal. The vertical design as a top-loader allows for space-saving installation.
The stainless steel housing and the pressure vessel, manufactured according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive, operate at 140°C and 4 bar operating pressure, expandable to 150°C/5 bar. The integrated separate steam generator avoids heating elements in the chamber. A validation port, PT-100 temperature sensor, electronic pressure transducer, and RS232 interface support GMP-compliant documentation of the sterilization cycles.

Programs 6-7: For destruction sterilization of liquids with slow steam exhaust (or rapid recooling as option)
