With a 73/65 l usable volume, 140°C/4 bar operating temperature and pressure, as well as 12 freely programmable sterilization programs, the VX-65 offers maximum process optimization. The integrated separate steam generator, electronic pressure and temperature control, and the 1/2" validation port enable GMP-compliant documentation of the cycles.

Individual program parameters such as temperature and time can be individually selected and stored for each program.
Program 1-3: Rapid program for solids, instruments, devices, plastic articles with rapid steam discharge
Program 4-5: For waste in destruction bags with pulsating heating phase for improved venting of destruction bags
Program 6-7: For waste sterilization of liquids with slow steam discharge. (Or rapid cooling as option)
Program 8-11: For liquids with subsequent controlled steam discharge and self-cooling (Or rapid cooling as option)
Program 12: Cleaning program with rapid steam discharge
Validation, Documentation:
A 1/2" validation port is available for the installation of external temperature probes for validation purposes. For documentation of program sequences, various systems are optionally available ranging from built-in printer to PC software via RS 232 interface or separate data loggers for GMP-compliant documentation.
