The VX-75 stand-alone autoclave is suitable for demanding sterilization processes in research laboratories, biotechnology and microbiology. With a usable volume of 75 liters, it reliably sterilizes instruments, liquids and waste in disposal bags. The vertical stand-alone design allows for space-saving installation and convenient top loading.
The fully automatic microprocessor control offers 12 individually programmable sterilization programs for solids, liquids and disposal sterilization. Operating pressure and temperature reach up to 4 bar at 140°C. An integrated separate steam generator, electronic pressure sensor and a validation port for external temperature sensors ensure precise, GMP-compliant processes with an RS 232 interface.

Individual program parameters such as temperature and time can be individually selected and stored for each program.
Program 1-3: Fast program for solids, instruments, equipment, plastic items with rapid steam discharge
Program 4-5: For waste in destruction bags with pulsating heating phase for improved venting of destruction bags
Program 6-7: For destruction sterilization of liquids with slow steam discharge. (Or fast recooling as option)
Program 8-11: For liquids with subsequent controlled steam discharge and self-cooling (Or fast recooling as option)
Program 12: Cleaning program with rapid steam discharge
Validation, Documentation:
A 1/2" validation port is available for the installation of external temperature sensors for validation purposes. For documentation of program sequences, various systems are optionally available ranging from built-in printer to PC software via RS 232 interface or separate data loggers for GMP-compliant documentation.
