100-Liter Vertical Autoclave with 12 Sterilization Programs for Validation
The vertical Standing Autoclave VX-100 is suitable for demanding sterilization processes in research laboratories, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and microbiology. With a nominal chamber volume of 100 l, the device sterilizes instruments, liquids and waste for disposal, and enables GMP-compliant documentation of process sequences through a validation port and RS 232 interface.
The fully automatic microprocessor control offers 12 individually programmable programs for solids, liquids and disposal sterilization. Temperature and steam pressure reach up to 140°C at 4 bar, generated by an integrated separate steam generator. A flexible PT-100 temperature sensor as well as the pressure- and medium-temperature-controlled door lock in accordance with DIN and TRB ensure safe, reproducible sterilization cycles.

Validation, Documentation:
A 1/2" validation port is available for the insertion of external temperature probes for validation purposes.
