The vertical standing autoclave VE-65 is suitable for simple laboratory applications in microbiology, research, and diagnostics. With a chamber volume of 65 liters, culture media, instruments, plastic articles, and liquids can be safely steam-sterilized. Thanks to special programs with a pulsating heating phase, the destruction sterilization of waste in disposal bags is also possible.
The fully automatic microprocessor control offers 12 individually storable programs for solids, waste, and liquids. The pressure vessel made of stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A) is electropolished and chemical-resistant. Operating data: sterilization temperature up to 140°C, steam pressure up to 4 bar, heating output 9.3 kW. A validation port enables GMP-compliant documentation.

Program 6-7: For destruction sterilization of liquids with slow steam discharge. (Or rapid recooling as option)
Program 8-11: For liquids with subsequent controlled steam discharge and self-cooling (Or rapid recooling as option)

A validation port 1/2" is available for the introduction of external temperature sensors for validation purposes. For documentation of program sequences, various systems are optionally available ranging from built-in printer to PC software via RS 232 interface or separate data loggers for GMP-compliant documentation.
