The vertical floor-standing autoclave VE-75 is designed for simple laboratory applications with targeted process optimization options. With a chamber volume of 75 liters, it is suitable for laboratories in microbiology, diagnostics, and research that need to safely sterilize liquids, solids, and waste. The vertical top-loader design makes loading with baskets and vessels easier.
The microprocessor control offers 12 freely programmable programs for solids, liquids, and waste sterilization. The pressure vessel made of stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A) is electropolished and chemical-resistant. Sterilization takes place at up to 140°C and 4 bar steam pressure, supported by autofill water supply, an RS232 interface, and a validation port for documentation.

Individual program parameters such as temperature and time can be selected and stored individually for each program.
Programs 1-3: Quick program for solids, instruments, equipment, plastic articles with rapid steam discharge
Programs 4-5: For waste in destruction bags with pulsating heating phase for improved venting of destruction bags
Programs 6-7: For sterilization of liquids with slow steam discharge. (Or rapid recooling as option)
Programs 8-11: For liquids with subsequent controlled steam discharge and self-cooling (Or rapid recooling as option)
Program 12: Cleaning program with rapid steam discharge
Validation, Documentation:
A validation port 1/2" is available for the introduction of external temperature sensors for validation purposes. For documentation of program sequences, various systems are optionally available, ranging from built-in printer to PC software via RS 232 interface or separate data loggers for GMP-compliant documentation.
