The vertical floor-standing autoclave VE-100 is suitable for simple laboratory applications with options for process optimization. Typical areas of use are the sterilization of solids, instruments, and liquids as well as the destruction sterilization of waste in disposal bags. This makes the device suitable for microbiology, research, and diagnostic laboratories with medium throughput needs.
With a chamber volume of 100 liters (117 l total, 500 mm diameter, 500 mm depth), the laboratory autoclave offers fully automatic microprocessor control with 12 storable programs. The sterilization temperature reaches up to 140°C at a steam pressure of up to 4 bar. The pressure vessel is made of electropolished stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A) AISI 316 Ti, with a heating output of 9.3 kW at 380-400 V.

Programs 6-7: For sterilization of liquids with slow steam discharge. (Or rapid recooling as optional)

Validation, Documentation:
A 1/2" validation port is available for introducing external temperature probes for validation purposes. For documenting program sequences, various optional systems are available ranging from built-in printers to PC software via RS 232 interface or separate data loggers for GMP-compliant documentation.
