The Vertical Autoclave VE-120 is suitable for laboratory applications in microbiology, medicine, and pharmacy, where instruments, plastic items, culture media, or infectious waste in disposal bags need to be reliably sterilized. With a nominal chamber volume of 120 l, the unit offers sufficient capacity for daily laboratory operation with a compact footprint.
The fully automatic microprocessor control provides 12 freely configurable programs – from quick programs for solids to cycles with controlled steam release for liquids. The pressure vessel made of stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A) is electropolished and chemical-resistant; sterilization takes place at up to 4 bar steam pressure and 140°C.

Programs 1-3: Quick program for solids, instruments, equipment, plastic items with rapid steam discharge
Programs 4-5: For waste in sterilization bags with pulsating heating phase for improved air removal from sterilization bags
Programs 6-7: For waste sterilization of liquids with slow steam discharge. (Or rapid cooling as option)
Programs 8-11: For liquids with subsequent controlled steam discharge and self-cooling (Or rapid cooling as option)

Validation, Documentation:
A validation port 1/2" is available for the introduction of external temperature sensors for validation purposes. For documentation of program sequences, various optional systems are available ranging from built-in printer to PC software via RS 232 interface or separate data loggers for GMP-compliant documentation.
