The programmable block thermostat is suitable for laboratories in molecular biology, diagnostics, and pharmacology that require parallel sample runs at different temperatures. The two block positions allow different reaction vessels to be tempered simultaneously, for example during incubations, enzymatic reactions, or sample preparation.
With a temperature range of RT +5°C to 120°C and temperature control of ±0.1°C via PID controller, the device offers high precision. The heating time from 20°C to 120°C is ≤15 minutes, 6 program steps and an integrated timer up to 99 h 59 min enable reproducible processes. Two transparent anti-condensation lids are included in the scope of delivery.
