The base unit is also suitable for isothermal incubation and the denaturation of nucleic acids – ideal for diagnostics, molecular biology, and pharmaceutical laboratories with changing sample formats.
The temperature range extends in the high range from 75°C to 150°C, and in the low range from 5°C above room temperature to 100°C. The homogeneity within the block is ± 0.4°C at 37°C, and the heating time is 16 minutes. The temperature can be easily set via dual adjustment knobs with scale, and the block change is performed without tools – over 40 module blocks are optionally available for selection.
