The ePlateWizard 300E combines manual control with electronic precision, enabling the filling of a 96-well plate in under 10 seconds. The manual 96-channel pipette is suitable for PCR, QPCR, ELISA, cell culture, and crystallography. With a volume range of 2 to 300 µl (0.1 µl increments), the device covers a wide range of applications. 384-well plates can also be processed easily using four pipetting steps.

The patented programming records the entire pipetting workflow and automatically saves all steps, including the speed profile. High-quality disposable tips ensure accuracy and precision that exceed the coefficients of variation of 8- or 12-channel pipettes. With compact dimensions of 380 × 390 × 390 mm and a weight of 22 kg, the system can also be used in sterile workbenches. The 4 SBS positions provide flexibility for plates and accessories.

You can pipette at the push of a button like with an electronic pipette, or using the pipetting handle like with a manual pipette. You always have full control over the pipetting and dispensing speed in your hands. Operation is just as simple and intuitive as with a manual pipette. Dispensing of multiple partial volumes is also possible. This even allows you to perform gradient pipetting with a manual pipette. • Effortless programming Our patent-protected programming allows the entire pipetting workflow to be recorded and stored. You only need to demonstrate the pipetting workflow to the ePlateWizard once by hand, and the device automatically saves all pipetting operations and even the exact velocity profile of each individual pipetting step. The workflow can then be repeated simply by pressing the pipetting button. Storage via USB stick is of course also possible. This procedure makes hand pipetting completely reproducible for the first time and allows workflows to be exchanged via file with other workstations and laboratories. • Incredible speed Filling a 96-well plate takes no more than 10 seconds.
