The eQ162CP is a real-time thermocycler with a 16-well block for laboratories with small to medium sample volumes. Two detection channels cover FAM, SYBR Green I and EvaGreen as well as HEX, JOE, VIC and ROX, with fluorescence detection performed via photodiodes.
