The Mobeye ThermoGuard TwinLog CML4255 offers continuous monitoring of ambient temperature, logging with online access and graphical representation, and immediate alarm in case of issues. The temperature limits of the external digital temperature sensor range between -35 °C and +70 °C and are adjustable. If the set temperature limits are exceeded or undercut, an alarm is triggered via push notification, SMS, call or email. Optionally with a local siren. The CML4255 also features a second connection for an additional external digital temperature sensor, offering the same performance range as the supplied sensor.
Like all Mobeye devices, the CML4255 can operate on battery power for extended periods, but it is advisable to use external power supply by connecting a power adapter. This way, the ThermoGuard TwinLog also monitors the power supply and notifies you of a mains power failure.
Additionally, there are two NO/NC inputs for connecting external potential-free sensors. This enables even more monitoring capabilities, such as device operation, fans, air purifiers, or detection of unauthorized door opening. Settings such as alarm delays, calibration values, and custom alarm texts are easy to program.
The Mobeye ThermoGuard TwinLog is the ideal tool to monitor compliance with temperature limits. The product is particularly suitable for monitoring medical refrigerators, storage rooms, heating and air conditioning systems, and industrial machinery, among many other applications.
Communication includes a Mobeye (M2M) SIM card. This cost-effective "multi-provider" SIM card provides connection to the 4G LTE-M network (with 2G as fallback). The 4G LTE-M network is highly reliable, offers good accessibility in buildings and remote locations, and is energy-efficient. The SIM card also enables access to the Mobeye Internet Portal and push app for optimal user comfort, security, and online programming. The online-activatable Mobeye CML4255 SIM card costs 8.00 euros per month (plus VAT, flat rate).
Optionally, your own (Micro) SIM card can be used. The device then operates (only) with 2G, without logging function and without portal/app. Alarm notifications are sent via SMS and telephone call to a maximum of 5 phone numbers. Programming is carried out via (simple) SMS commands.

The ambient temperature during operation must not exceed or fall below the specified limits (not below -10 °C and not higher than 50 °C). The device must be protected against moisture, splash water, and under- or overheating. The device may only be operated with batteries as prescribed by the manufacturer. The device must be protected against strong vibrations and shocks. The device must not be placed or operated in environments with flammable gases, vapors, or dust development.
