The eQmini-S is a real-time thermal cycler with a 16-well block for laboratories with small to medium sample numbers. As an open platform, it works with various real-time PCR reagents and is suitable for method development, routine qPCR, and as a supplement to 96-well systems during capacity peaks.
Four detection channels cover common dyes: channel 1 FAM, SYBR Green I, Eva Green, channel 2 HEX, JOE, VIC, channel 3 ROX, TexasRed and channel 4 CY5. Fluorescence detection is performed via photodiodes, and integrated UV disinfection supports block hygiene. Compact dimensions (341 x 275 x 188 mm) and a weight of 6.8 kg enable space-saving use.
